Exatecan

Basic Information  

  • Exatecan is also called exatecan mesylate or DX-8951F

  • Exatecan is a topoisomerase-1 inhibitor with activity in varied solid and hematologic tumors

  • Similar to topotecan and irinotecan

Research Results: Ewing's Sarcoma
